Tze Goh.

The clean minimal lines of Tze Goh create serene and atmospheric sculptures.

Milano.

I spent last weekend zooming around Milan in a quest to see as much of the Funiture Fair as possible and experience the sights and sounds of the city in a total of 48 hours. The fair itself was so inspiring but to begin with here is just a taste of the Italian culture we soaked up along the way... From the magnificent Duomo and wonderful architecture and stumbling upon a lovely authentic flea market! And despite my aching shoulders, blistered feet and lack of sleep I loved every minute of it! I will be back!

Snuggly Stools.

I love these fun and ever so snuggly statement stools by Claire-Anne O'Brien. I would very much like one...or all of them actually, can't choose between the beautiful colours and textures!

In The Print Room...

Spending the day screen printing (for the first time in a while!) paid off with some new ideas and processes I can develop into my next collection.

Blanket-Cape.

'Fashion meets Function' with this cape come picnic blanket by Stella McCartney for Adidas. It utilises the multifunctional element whilst also enabling the wearer to deconstruct and reassemble the structure, playing on the emotional value and forming a connection between the object and the user.

Mummy Chair.

I have been doing a little research into alternative upholstery and remebered these from a few years back. The Mummy chair by Peter Traag is wrapped using 55 metres of elasticated polyester ribbon and is a great way to personalise and update tired furniture. My dedicated post for Mother's day! xx

Finn Juhl.

Pleased my prized Finn Juhl poster is finally up on the wall! I'm never going to be able to afford my much loved sofa, so this is as close as I can get. It sits nicely beside my 'Wonderful Copenhagen' poster.
